We recently had Mark come to our home to service us for fleas. When explaining the details of our particular case to Mark, he understood and knew what would be the appropriate action to take keeping in mind our young children. When speaking to Mark after the service to see how it went (since we needed to be out of the home for 4 hours), Mark stated he “went through the home as if it was his own.” And it’s that type of service which made us feel like we were in good hands and understand the thoroughness and care with which mark went through the home to address the issue. He advised what the results would be and recommended a follow up within two weeks. Seeing the situation was playing out in the manner in which Mark managed our expectations, we felt comfortable and confident in continuing to follow his advice to fully eradicate the issue.
