Hello, today I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior. I found mouse droppings in the upstairs bathroom. I placed rodent bait stations in the basement, kitchens, bathroom and outside. I also used a fly bait aerosol treatment in the basement to help with the fly issues. I believe the source is the moisture issues that were being fixed by the contractors during the service. Your tenant also reported fleas. I performed a liquid treatment to the first floor and basement to all accessible carpets and baseboards. I recommend having all units serviced for fleas so that we can stay on top of the issue and keep track of progress during future treatments.
