Hi, good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today. Today I completed the premium plus initial service. I inspected the mulch beds for termite activity, and I found none at this time. I installed four termite monitors, one near each of the four corners of the house, these will be inspected every quarterly. I removed visible cobwebs to reduce spider activity. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants, spiders, and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
