Hi, good afternoon, it was nice seeing you today. Today I completed the premium plus service. I removed visible cobwebs to reduce spider activity. The exterior rodent bait stations showed heavy activity, I replaced with fresh bait. The termite monitors showed no signs of activity. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
