I removed all spiderwebs and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also replenished your rodent bait station. It evidenced no activity at all. I also inspected your termite monitoring stations. They did not evidence any activity. I did not notice any issues today.
