Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I inspected around the first floor, basement, and garage. I found little to no signs of pest in any of these areas. I placed three glue traps in the unfinished portion of the basement to help monitor for activity. I also treated the interior with a liquid residual for ants, spiders, and other general pests. During my exterior inspection, I found no major issues at this time. I placed four termite monitors on the corners of the property. These are to help us monitor for future termite activity.
