Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting around the basement. I found a bunch of spiderwebs and a couple of centipedes but nothing out of the ordinary. I treated the perimeter of the basement with a liquid residual for ant spiders, and other general pests. I then inspected the rest of the house. I found no signs of ants at this time. This is probably due to the new mulch later around the house. I still treated the interior of the home with the same liquid residual. During my exterior inspection, I found a bunch of ants in the mulch in the front yard and on the side by the driveway. No ants seem to be climbing on the house yet. I did treat around the exterior as well. The last thing I did was to install four termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are to help us monitor for future termite activity.
