Good afternoon, I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting the sunroom. I noticed a lot of dead ants next to the newly installed air-conditioning unit and by the sliding glass door. I also found a line of ants on the track lighting on the ceiling. I treated this area with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I also placed a couple drops of ant gel bait around the air conditioner and sliding door. During my exterior inspection, I found where the ants were entering the AC unit on the outside. I did not see any other ant activity anywhere else around the house. I treated the area around the sunroom with a different liquid residual and applied a couple drops of ant gel. I treated the rest of the perimeter of the house as well. The last thing I did was install poor termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are to help us monitor for future termite activity.
