Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service today. I inspected the interior and exterior of the home and found no evidence of termites. I placed a total of four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. We will inspect these for termite activity at each of your quarterly services. Rodent droppings were found in the garage and shed, so I placed two small bait stations inside each for control. I also gave you four ant bait arenas with gel bait added to place where ant activity was reported. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also inspected for rodent entry points and stuffed the corners of the garage with copper mesh for prevention purposes. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect.
