Hi, good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today. Today I completed the premium plus initial service. I removed a large amount of cobwebs from the exterior to reduce spider activity. I installed four termite monitors, one near each corner of the house, these will be inspected at every quarterly. I applied a non-repellent solution around the perimeter of the basement and kitchen and another non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants, spiders, and other general pests.
