Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started in the bedroom closet where the issue is. I was able to identify the bug as a carpet beetle. I then treated the closet and bedroom area with a liquid residual. After that, I inspected the basement and found no current signs of issues. I did treat around the entire basement area. On the main floor, I inspected all the bedrooms and kitchen, finding little to no pest activity. On the exterior inspection, I found some ants in the mulch around the house, so keep an eye out for them on the inside. No other issues were found outside. The last thing I did was to install four termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are to help us monitor for future termite activity. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the treatment full effect. As a reminder, the first quarterly technician will be here in about a month.
