Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting the basement area. I found no signs of springtails in the basement however, I still treated the area with a liquid residual. In the laundry room, I found a few springtails on the floor by the door. I treated this area as well as the downstairs and upstairs bathroom areas. The last thing I did was to treat the exterior foundation, and around doors/windows, with a different liquid residual for springtails and other general pests. Please allow a week or two for the treatment to full effect. As a reminder the first quarterly technician will be here in a month.
