Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the termite monitoring stations showing no activity. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait station and it was empty. I replenished with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims targeting general/seasonal pests. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. I recommend rerouting drain pipe behind AC unit further away from home so that water does not pool directly against foundation. This could increase pest activity.
