Good afternoon Sean, my name is Ryan and it was nice to meet you! Today I completed your quarterly pest service by first checking the termite monitors and finding no activity. Next, I checked the exterior rodent bait station that showed moderate feeding. The bait station in the garage also showed moderate feeding, but replenished all stations with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation and windowsills.
