Good morning. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations in basement and garage showing no activity. All three exterior stations show moderate activity. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I removed visible cobwebs from home and applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is targeting general/seasonal pests trying to enter this time of year. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
