Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed visible cobwebs from home and inspected termite monitoring stations showing no activity. I replenished both exterior rodent bait stations showing heavy activity on right side and moderate activity on left side of home. Carefully avoiding personal items and garden I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doors trims and window trims. This is targeting general pests trying to enter.
