Good afternoon Linda, great to see you again! Today I completed your quarterly pest service by first checking the interior bait and snap traps. There was one dead mouse in a snap trap that I disposed of for you. The bait stations in the crawl space both had minimal feeding activity in them. Next, I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and the ones in the shed that all showed moderate to heavy feeding. I did replenish each with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. I then knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors, eaves and garages. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, carpenter bees and general pests around the exterior foundation, windowsills and eaves.
