Good morning. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. Ant activity observed along foundation left side of home. Carefully avoiding flowering plants and open windows I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is targeting ants and other general/seasonal pests that may try to enter. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait stations showing little to no activity on front right side and heavy activity on left side. I replenished both with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I recommend removing debris and overgrowth along foundation. This is a conducive condition that could cause pest harborage, increase activity and provide pests with a way to bypass treatments.
