It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (19) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period may happen and should be expected. I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I placed 1 large exterior rodent bait station on the left side of the home as well as 5 smaller stations inside. 2 in the attic and 3 in the garage. These will help eliminate/prevent rodents inside or outside of the home. I inspected for any possible entry points. My only recommendation is to replace
