Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your initial pest inspection/treatment. Carpenter ants observed on front left corner of detached garage and pavement ants trailing along foundation on front right corner toward AC units. No visible termite activity observed during today’s inspection. I installed four termite monitoring stations on the corners around home. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves of home and garage. I also applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims of home and detached garage. This is targeting the ants and other general/seasonal pests that may try to enter. I recommend removing overgrowth on back left side of home. This is a conducive condition that could cause pest Harborage and provide pests with a way to bypass treatments. I also recommend repairing crawlspace door under deck.
