David did an excellent job. I had been questioning the service and the value of the monthly fee for quite some time—especially after a previous visit that left me disappointed. However, David completely turned things around and reminded me why I chose Greenpest in the first place. He was thorough and professional—taking care of the bait stations, treating both my basement and garage, and even checking my crawl space and attic, which no one had done before. I truly appreciated his attention to detail. If possible, I would love to have David assigned as my regular technician going forward. His service has restored my confidence in the company.
