Good afternoon, it was great to see you again! Today I completed your quarterly pest service by first checking termite monitors that showed no activity at this time! Next, I checked the basement bait stations and they all showed no feeding activity and no new droppings found. The garage bait stations also showed no activity in them. I then checked the exterior rodent bait stations and they both showed moderate feeding in them, but I did replenish all stations with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation and windowsills.
