Good afternoon Mary Ann, my name is Ryan and it was great to meet you! Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service by inspecting for any termite activity inside and outside, but installed one termite monitor due to damage. While inspecting around the basement saw no issues or no rodent droppings. The four mouse bait stations in the basement all showed no activity, but I did add fresh bait to each. Next, I checked the garage for any activity, while placing down new glue boards to monitor any activity. The two bait stations in the garage both showed no activity and I added fresh bait as well. During my exterior inspection I found 6 wasp nest and one hornets nest that I was able to spray and knock down each. I also knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors, eaves and garages. There are four exterior rodent bait stations with one by the garage, trash area, next to the deck and by the generator. I loaded all of them with fresh bait to help control the rodent popul
