Good morning. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations and both show minimal activity. I replenished with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. Carefully avoiding open windows I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is target general/seasonal pests that may try to enter this time of year. I recommend trimming back vegetation making contact with home. This can provide pests with a way to bypass treatments and gain access to different parts of home. This is also a conducive condition that could cause pest harborage and increase activity.
