Good morning. Today I performed your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of activity or damage. Set up termite monitors on the corners of the house. Treated the entire exterior perimeter with a liquid residual for heavy ant trails around the entire foundation. On the interior I treated the basement rafters around the upper perimeter for spiders and general pest activity and also treated the front entry way and kitchen for ant activity. Baited the counter and behind outlets in the kitchen with a gel bait. Please allow a few days for products to be effective. We will rerun in 30 days and retreat for ants. No other issues visible.
