Good afternoon, today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing termite monitors on the property. Will inspect these on each visit. I inspected and treated the garage for rodents. The weatherstripping is worn and has entry points at both corners. I recommend replacing the weatherstripping or adding some spray foam to those corners to help deter any rodents from moving into the area. I added multiple rodent bait stations to the garage perimeter. I also added multiple snap traps. The bait will help eliminate the rodents by feeding and the traps will help catch and kill. On the exterior, I placed two large bait stations in key areas to help eliminate any rodents on the outside by feeding. Additionally, I removed all visible webbing from the property and applied a liquid treatment in the entire exterior foundation.
