Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Todays targeted issue is with mice. I started off inspecting the basement. Mice droppings observed throughout. I placed rodent bait stations behind the stove in kitchen in the basement, in both utility closets, and in the closet in the bathroom. On the pantry in the kitchen, I placed a rodent bait station on the bottom left corner for heavy rodent activity. I also placed station under the sink cabinet and one on the shelf in the laundry room where droppings were observed. In the garage, I recommend having the garage door sweep replaced, damaged on the bottom right corner. I placed a rodent bait station on each corner of the garage doors. Also recommend removing all the garage bags out of the garage. The mice will feed on the waste. On the exterior, I recommend having all vegetation trimmed back from the right and back side of the home. Mice can use the branches to enter the home. I then sealed off 3
