Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. you reported no issues interior so I treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exteriors of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I inspected both exterior RBS and there was heavy rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in both stations as needed. I highly recommend you trim all trees/bushes away from the home to help pest from bypassing our treatment and having an easier entryway into the property.
