Hello! Today I completed your initial pest control service. For the mice concern I inspection the home and found the bilco doors are damaged and there was dogfood bags in the basement that were ripped open. I installed mouse bait stations to the bilco doors as well as snap traps in the basement on the ledges. An exterior bait station was installed next to the bilco doors. I installed your termite monitors and treated the exterior of the home for general insect prevention. A one week follow up is required to stay on top of the issue at hand.
