Good afternoon, Today I completed your quarterly service. I treated the exterior of your property with a broad spectrum liquid residual to prevent pests from entering your property. As I was treating the exterior I knocked down webs and performed a visual inspection. I inspected all exterior bait stations and replenished with fresh bait. I treated all baseboards in the basement with a liquid residual. Please allow 10-14 days for the liquid treatment to take effect. It was a pleasure to service your property.
