Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. I started in the attic where I found no activity. I than inspected all plumbing voids and found no activity. I did find a gap in the bathroom I was able to stuff with copper mesh. Outside of the home I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I than placed a rodent bait station behind the air conditioning unit. Lastly I made sure to close the back gate. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect.
