Completed initial service this morning. Inspected and serviced garage and exterior of home. Started off by inspecting garage and observed carpenter ant activity around corners of garage doors. Applied a liquid application to interior of garage to help control as well as a small amount of granular to the corners to also help control activity. Happy to report, no termite activity was found during today’s service. Termite monitors were installed to corners of home for monitoring purposes. Liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity, as well as around front door for bee’s and under rock. Visible spider webs were also removed, and a granular was used around trees and wood line to help control carpenter ant activity. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect.
