It was great meeting you today Evan. On todays visit, the focus was primarily on the exterior of the house. I began by inspecting the exterior for any entry points and any potential issues which could be conducive to insects. The two things I noticed were the old wood on back deck and also the lack of a rock bed/mulch bed on the back and left sides of house. Because the grass is essentially touching the house, there is a direct conducive condition for insects getting into the house due to moisture, nutrients and from rainfall. Please consider adding a rock bed to these areas to reduce conducive conditions. I applied a liquid application to exterior foundation, under deck; also ensuring to treat the cracks and crevices that you pointed out to me. I then took down any cobwebs that might be around the house. I also noticed that there are solitary bees on the lawns surrounding the house. They are harmless if you stay away and they will disappear in a couple of weeks after they are done pol
