After inspecting the basement, and kitchen per your concern for roaches, no evidence was found at this time. For precautionary reasons, roach gel baited arenas were left on counters in case you see another roach in the meantime. A liquid residual treatment was applied throughout the basement. Glue boards were placed in basement and crawlspace for monitoring purposes. Another liquid application was applied around the exterior for seasonal insects. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. Also 4 termite monitors were installed on the 4 corners on the home. These stations will monitor any termite activity.
