Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior exterior of home. Started off by inspecting for termite activity. Happy to report, no termites were found at this time. Upon inspection ant colony found in basement in between wooden sill plates. Area was treated with a gel bait, as well as a liquid application to help control ant activity. A liquid application was also applied along baseboards throughout first floor, and perimeter of basement to help control general pest activity. On exterior, visible spiderwebs were removed and turn. My monitors were installed to each corner of home to help monitor any potential future activity. Lastly, a liquid application was applied along exterior foundation, around doors and windows, under bay windows in front and back of home, as well as a long eaves to the left of garage to help control carpenter bee, and general pest activity.
