Hello! Today I was here for your 1st quarterly pest service. Upon arrival, I knocked on both unit A & B door but didn’t receive an answer so I treated around exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service but I found two possible entry points around the home, but I placed copper mesh in the area to eliminate possible entry point. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected the exterior RBS and there were no rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in the station as needed and relocated the station on the side of the home.
