Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. After an inspection of the 3 buildings on property it was determined mice have been living throughout, while it’s been empty for a year. 13 mouse bait stations were placed throughout the 3 buildings. In home they are in living room, kitchen, by fireplace, in utility rooms, basement, and bathroom. 3 were placed in detached garage, and 1 in smaller garage. 4 larger rodent bait stations were placed on the exteriors of each building.(2 on home) These stations are in place to control and monitor any small rodent activity, some of the small stations inside main home will be removed as we get ahead of the issue, and as you remodel. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs and wasp nests on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were placed on the exterior of home(1 was placed on corner of detached garage by spiral staircase).
