I inspected the exterior and the interior in the garage for any visible signs of termites rodents or any other pests. I found no signs of termite activity on the exterior. You did have a lot of wasp and carpenter be activity on the exterior. I applied gel bait and placed an ant bait station in the bathroom for ant control. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home and removed several wasp from the home and detached shed/doghouse. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, facia boards, soffits, bottoms of windows and sides of doorways of the home and detached shed/doghouse for general and seasonal pest control.
