First I performed a visual inspection of the upstairs unit then I began to apply a liquid treatment to the baseboards of upstairs, basement, living room, bedrooms and bathroom. I also applied a liquid treatment to the garage for spiders. Then I did another visual inspection for entry points of mice/rats while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests.
