Good morning Bethany, Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. The primary concern of today’s visit was rodents. I started by inspecting the exterior perimeter for possible entry, entry points, and any evidence of activity. I did find multiple entry entry points, which I sealed up with copper mesh. I also showed you photos of these entry points. I recommend going over my copper mesh with a spray foam to help lock it in place. I also place three large bait stations throughout the exterior perimeter to help eliminate the rodent by feeding. I also added for termite bait stations to the exterior perimeter. These will tell us if there’s any termites on the property and keep in mind they’re pesticide free. Also removed all visible webbing from the exterior perimeter. On the interior, you requested that I only pay speed stations in the basement.
