On today’s visit, I began by inspecting and treating upstairs apartment. There was no activity to report at this time. I applied a liquid application to exterior door and foundation of top of deck. I also left tenant with ant bait stations to place in a ziplock bag until activity is seen. In the back, the vegetation there will be an issue. This is in the area under the deck and around it. I recommend removing all plants and installing a gravel bed around this area to reduce the conducive conditions for the ants. This is especially important given the fact that there is a garden in back with ant activity in the past.
