On todays visit, I inspected and treated exterior. I entered the studio, but unfortunately no one was there. I began inspecting the exterior and I am pleased to report no issues at this time. I then treated exterior foundation with a liquid application against seasonal insects. If you have any issues between now and next visit, please let us know.
