Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off by inspecting interior for rodent activity. Visible droppings found in kitchen under stove, under sink, and in basement. Sealed entry point under stove to help control activity. Opening in wall void under kitchen sink, I recommend having this covered professionally. Installed rodent bait stations to unfinished areas in basement, as well as in drop ceiling above desk. On exterior, visible spider webs were removed and a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity.
