Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 6 MBS interior throughout the attic and basement to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Next I placed 5 snap traps throughout the unfinished area to eliminate any rodent activity. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service but I found a couple of possible entry points that I placed copper mesh in the area. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termite activity every quarterly visit moving forward.
