Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 8 MBS interior throughout the basement, crawlspace, kitchen, and garage to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I placed 2 exterior RBS to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service but I did notice a lot of your vent ways that lead to the crawlspace has holes in them that I recommend you get fixed to help keep rodents from entering into the property. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests.
