Good afternoon, it was nice speaking with you today! I completed your quarterly service today. I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. I refilled both exterior rodent bait stations with fresh bait as well, due to being empty. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Ants were active along the foundation. Please allow two to three weeks for control. I recommend trimming back any vegetation in direct contact with the house to at least a foot away, as this will help to prevent pest activity.
