Good morning, I completed your quarterly pest control service today. I inspected all interior mouse bait stations. I replaced bait as needed due to moderate activity in the station next to the laundry machines, as well as those in the basement; all others had none. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. I refilled all exterior rodent bait stations as well, due to being empty. This is likely why there was some activity on the interior. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity.
