Good morning Tarique, my name is Ryan and it was great to meet you guys! Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service by first inspecting the basement, bedrooms, laundry room and kitchen. The mice got into a rice box and I noticed the droppings in the one bedroom. While inspecting around I noticed droppings in the heater room, fuse box closet, by the back door and behind the freezer. There was a hole in the corner of the door that I was able to plug up with copper mesh, as you don’t use that door. I added mouse bait station in the back bedroom, behind the freezer, next to the door, two in the heater room, one by work bench and one in the fuse box room. This will help to control the rodent population. Next, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat spiders and centipedes in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. On the outside inspection no termite activity was noticed in the basement or exterior, but I did add four termite monitors on the exterior to be checked every service.
