Good afternoon Eric, my name is Ryan and it was good to see you again! Today I completed your quarterly pest service by first checking interior bait stations and identifying the bugs area beetles. The bait stations in the kitchen showed minimal and no feeding. The two in the bedroom, one in utility room and one in heater room showed minimal to moderate feeding. The garage bait stations both showed heavy feeding. All exterior bait stations showed heavy feeding, while the greenhouse one showed moderate. I replenished all bait stations with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. I added ant gel bait into the trash drawer and sprayed a liquid residual to help combat the ants in the kitchen. I also sprayed a liquid residual in the living room to help combat beetles and general pests. I then knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors, eaves and garages.
