Hi, good afternoon, today I completed the quarterly service. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations. The station by the driveway showed heavy activity. The station by the HVAC showed light activity. I put fresh bait in both stations. I applied non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of the house and detached garage to target ants and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
